ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 22000, 27001 and 13485 for Mumbai organisations.
ISO certificates are issued by accredited certification bodies, accredited by NABCB in India or by another member of the IAF multilateral arrangement, never by a consultant or a government office. We prepare Mumbai organisations for that audit through gap analysis, documentation and internal audits, and help you choose an accredited body. Most first certifications take a few months, depending on how much is already in place.
An accredited certification body, after auditing your management system. ISO itself does not certify anyone, and no government office issues ISO certificates. Our role is to get your system ready and help you choose a body whose accreditation your customers will accept.

Sector rules such as BIS product certification or FSSAI licensing are separate legal requirements and are not replaced by an ISO certificate.
Food processors, drug and device makers, IT firms and logistics companies often hold a certificate and a trademark. The certificate covers the system; these are the classes for the name.

Dairy and edible oils, snacks and staples, and the shop or online store.
Starting points only: the right classes depend on exactly what you sell. See the 45 trademark classes or search them in the class finder.
Week 1–2
We compare what you already do with the standard and list the gaps in writing, with a realistic plan.
Weeks 2–8
Policy, objectives, procedures and records, written for your operation rather than copied from a template.
In use
The system runs for long enough to produce evidence: training records, inspections, corrective actions.
Before audit
An internal audit tests the system, and top management reviews the results, as the standard requires.
Audit
The accredited body reviews your documents (stage 1), then audits the system at your premises (stage 2) and decides on certification.
Every year
The body returns for surveillance audits; recertification follows at the end of the three-year cycle.
An ISO certificate does not protect the name on it. A Mumbai organisation’s trademark goes to the Trade Marks Registry, Mumbai, where hearings may be held by video conference (rule 115).

Mumbai buyers and tender committees increasingly check certificates, and so should you before paying anyone.
A certification body's name or a company's own quality logo can also be a trademark; if you want to protect the name your business trades under, see trademark registration in Mumbai.
Gap analysis can begin with a meeting at our office; the audits themselves take place at your premises.
No. We prepare your organisation for certification. The certificate is issued by an accredited certification body after its own audit.
ISO 9001:2026, published in September 2026, replaces ISO 9001:2015. Existing 2015 certificates move to the new edition over a three-year transition, so we confirm which edition your certification body will audit against before you start.
Commonly a few months from gap analysis to certificate. A firm that already keeps good records moves faster; a new system needs time to produce evidence.
Not under a general law. Customers, export buyers and tenders often require it. Product-specific certifications under BIS rules are a different matter and can be mandatory.
Usually once a year for surveillance, with a recertification audit at the end of each three-year cycle.
Yes. The standard scales to the size of the organisation; a small firm needs a lean system, not a thick manual.
